Ypso-Facto acquires ChromWorksTM and opens a US subsidiary

Ypso-Facto announces today it has completed the acquisition of the full rights associated with ChromWorksTM, a leading chromatography process simulation software. With ChromWorks, Ypso-Facto complements its simulation, modeling and design activity. This adds to its global offer to assist the chemical and biochemical industries in developing, optimizing and securing their production processes.
At this occasion, the service company opens a US subsidiary in the Boston (MA) area.
Dr Jay Yun, the developer of ChromWorks, joins the US subsidiary as Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. “Jay is an exceptional scientist and software developer” said Roger-Marc Nicoud, Founder and CEO of Ypso-Facto. “He has completed an amazing work with ChromWorks. I am very pleased to have him on board.”
