Ypso-Facto trains the students of ENSAIA on ion exchange chromatography and mechanistic modeling
As part of our partnership with ENSAIA (National School of Agronomy and Food Industries), Ypso-Facto's teams have been involved in the bioseparation courses of third-year students.
The case study concerned the separation of milk proteins by ion exchange chromatography and the session was divided into two parts:
- Presentation of the principles of ion exchange chromatography. Then, visualization of the experimental data in Ypso-Ionic, our software solution for designing chromatographic processes.
- Introduction to the principles of ion exchange chromatography modelling and application to the case study in Ypso-Ionic for the dimensioning of an industrial scale process.
It was a great pleasure to see teachers and students working with Ypso-Ionic and contribute to disrupt the way processes are developed and assessed.
Thanks to ENSAIA for their trust and collaboration and to the students for their involvement and great feedback!
